Abstract 文献概要

目的：小児での白内障手術後に生じる後囊混濁の検討。対象：過去5年9か月間に手術を行った小児13例21眼を対象とした。手術時の年齢は6か月～15歳であり，全例に眼内レンズ挿入を行った。経過観察期間は1～50か月，平均18か月である。結果：片眼の先天白内障で弱視治療中の3眼以外の18眼では0.8以上の術後矯正視力を得た。Optic captureを行った17眼と後囊切開のみを行った2眼では後発白内障は起こらなかった。これ以外の2眼では後発白内障が生じた。結論：Optic captureは小児白内障手術後の後発白内障の予防に有効である。

Purpose：To retrospectively evaluate the incidence and associated features of aftercataract in children. Cases：The study involved 21 eyes of 13 children who received cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation during the foregoing 5 years 9 months. Their ages ranged from 6 months to 15 years at the time of surgery. Cases were followed up for one to 50 months,average 18 months. Results：Except 3 eyes of unilateral cataract,all the eyes obtained postoperative visual acuity of 0.8 or over. No aftercataract developed in 17 eyes that received optic capture and in 2 eyes that received posterior capsulorhexis. The other 2 eyes developed aftercaract. Conclusion：Optic capture appears to be useful in the prevention of aftercataract in children.
