Abstract 文献概要

　グリオーマ患者の腫瘍局所と全身の免疫状態を検討するために腫瘍内浸潤リンパ球（TIL）と末梢血リンパ球（PBL）の亜型を分析した。［方法］8例の手術摘出組織のTILの亜型をLeu2a，3a＋b，4＋5b，7，12，M5の抗体を用いて免疫組織化学的に検索した。さらに蛍光標識抗体Leu3a＋bとLeu8，Leu2aとLeu15の組み合わせで蛍光二重染色を行いその亜型をより詳細に検討した。PBLの亜型は蛍光標識抗体（Leu4とLeu12，Leu3aとLeu8，Leu2aとLeu15）を使用しFACSにてTwo-color analysisを行った。［結果］TILは，Leu3a＋b^＋cellとLeu2a^＋cellが同程度認められた。蛍光二重染色により，Leu3a＋b^＋cellの93％はLeu8⁻のT helper cellであり，Leu2a^＋cellの88％はLeu15⁻のT cytotoxic cellであることが判明した。しかしTILの数は腫瘍細胞と比較してあまりに少なく，腫瘍局所では何らかの免疫抑制が働いていることが推測された。

It has already been reported that T cell infil-tration is observed in brain tumor tissue but that general cellular immunity is suppressed in malig-nant brain tumor patients.

In this report, the subsets of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) were analyzed in 8 patients with malignant glioma in order to investigate the relationship between the local and systemic im-munological response in malignant brain tumor patients
