Venous Angleの位置の検討

Estimation in Localizing the "Venous Angle"

　脳血管写，ことに頸動脈血管写が，頭蓋内のspace occupying lesionの局在診断にきわめて有力であることは今さら言うまてもない。さらに頸動脈血管写の側面像で，phlebogramにおいて認められる深部脳静脈の走行およびvenous angleの位置の判定が，頸動脈血管写の所見を解読するにあたつてある程度まで診断的根拠を与えることも事実である。海外においてはこの方面に多数の業績が発表されているが，本邦ては，venous angleの位置については，まだあまり検討されていない。そこて，従来発表されているLaine, Lin, Wolf, Nettlらの方法にしたがって若干の教室例について，venous angleの位置を検討してみた。

　その結果，Laineの方法が最も簡便であり，しかも14才以下の小児にも使用し得ると思われること，venous angleの偏位は，前頭葉および頭頂葉腫瘍て最も著明にあらわれ，内大脳静脈の走行は，第三脳室周辺腫瘍で最も強く影響されることがわかつた。

1) Methods of estimation in localizing the venous angle according to Laine, Lin, Wolf & Netti were reviewed on our 173 cases in which 136 were above 15 years of age and 37 below of that age.

2) Laine's method seemed the most recom-mendable one and we believe that this may also be well applicable to the cases below 14 years of age.

3) Deviation of the venous angle was most pro-minent in tumors of the frontal and parietal lobes. The course of the internal cerebral vein was most markedly effected in the tumor neighbouring the third ventricle.

4) An attempt was made in evaluating the loca-tion of the venous angle, and its detail was described.
