　原發性肺臟癌が肺症状を示す前に，時として早期に腦轉移を起し，著しい腦症状を呈することは知られている^1）2）。また肺結核と肺臟癌との因果關係に就いても，議論の存する所であるが^3）4），余等は最近，肺臟癌の腦膜轉移か，結核性腦膜炎か，或は兩者の合併したものかと診斷に苦しんだ例を經驗したので，之を報告する。

A man, 48 years of age, was hospitalized on account of serious signs of meningitis. Autopsy revealed, however, a cerebral and a cerebellar metastasis of primary bronchogenic carcinoma Low frequency of such a case in this country was discussed. A certain amount of cases of pulmonary cancer may be included in the tuberculous patients at present. In accordance with advancement of early diagnosis, metastatic brain tumors should be operated more frequently.
