小腦橋角腫瘍の異型例—惡性ロゼツト腫瘍の知見補遺

Unusual Case of Cerebello-pontile Angle Tumor:A Contribution to the Study of Malignant Resette Tumor

　髄管上皮腫（Medulloepithelioma）はBailey-Cushing^1）（1930）に依て提案された腫瘍名であるが，中枢神經系の原基に由來すると目される上皮型の腫瘍で，氏等の症例にも稀有な形式である。余等は偶々橋角腫瘍の1例を検索し，所謂悪性ロゼツト腫瘍の組織像に遭遇したが，理論的に考察して，之を髄管上皮腫の一型と認定せざるを得なくなつたので，報告する。

　At autopsy of 48 aged woman suspected of acoustic neurinoma clinically, a large solid tumor was found in the right cerebellopontile angle. There w s no marked change in other viscera, except terminal bronchopneumonia. Histologic examination of the tumor revealed a malignant epithelial structure with a beutiful rosette formation. After critical review of the literature, the tumor was diagnosed as medulloepithelioma carcinomatosum, a variety of the meningeal glioma.
