Abstract 文献概要

　従来より虚血性心疾患の危険因子として種々のものがとりあげられ，疫学的方法^1,2）を中心として研究が進められているが，一方，近年，虚血性心疾患とPersonal—ity，情動stressとの関係も注目されてきている^3）。今回我々は当院で経験した男子急性心筋梗塞例を対象に，従来からいわれている諸種の冠危険因子の精査と共に，各種の性格検査，情動stressに関する問診を施行し，興味ある結果を得たので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Twenty-five male patients with myocardial infarction under 60 years of age were subjected to personality tests (MAS, CMI and Y-G test) and precise medical interview regarding occu-pational and emotional stresses before the attacks. Analysis of the conventional coronary risk factors and coronary cineangiography were also performed in all cases. The results were :

1) Approximately 70% of cases had two coronary risk factors or less.
