緒言

　拍動血流の研究はかなり古くから行なわれているが，流量計の進歩に例伴って小型のprobeが開発されて以来，冠状動脈における血流波形を記録した報告も見られるようになった。しかし解剖学的関係や技術的な問題などのために冠状動脈の場合はとくに雑音が混入しやすく，波形についての細かい観察はいまだ報告されていない。

　著者は冠循環を中心とした心血行動態解析の一端として，左冠状動脈本幹部分の拍動血流が循環動態の変化によってどのように影響されるであろうかという点について，今回はとくに収縮期に流れる血流との関係を追求してみた。

Alterations of the blood flow patterns of the main left coronary artery influenced by the dynamic changes in the coronary and systemic circulations were discussed in this paper.

Sixteen healthy mongrel dogs were used in this experiment. The dogs were anesthetized and operated for the implantation of the flow transducers, a large one around the ascending aorta, a small one, which was specially devic-ed by the author, around the main left coro-nary artery.
