Abstract 文献概要

　ローウオルフイア・セルペンチナ製剤であるアポプロン注（第一製薬・レセルピン含有）及びサーピナ末（山之内製薬・ローウオルフイアセルペンチナ総アルカロイド含有）を用いて，臨床統計的観察を行い，その血圧降下作用に関して二，三の知見が得られたのでここに報告する。

Change in blood pressure after single subdermal injection of reserpine was studied statistically and very intimate positive correlation of the effect of daily oral administration of Rauwolfia serpentina alkaloids was noticed with the duration maintaining reduced blood pressure by single injection. The relation is seemed closer with this duration than with the type of hypertension or with the maximal reduction in blood pressure after single injection.
