要旨●特定の内臓疾患に発現する特有の皮膚症状をデルマドロームと呼び，内臓悪性腫瘍などの疾患発見に寄与することがある．消化管と皮膚は連続しており，いずれも外界と接するため，他臓器と比較して多くのデルマドロームが認められる．消化管病変によるデルマドロームは臓器相関の観点から，①消化管と皮膚を選択的に侵す群，②系統的疾患の部分症として消化管と皮膚を侵す群，③皮膚病変が原因で二次的に消化管病変を生ずる群，④消化管病変が原因で二次的に皮膚病変を生ずる群に整理することができる．消化管疾患とそれに伴う皮膚疾患の病理を知ることで，原疾患の病態把握と適切な対応に有用であると考えられる．

　Characteristic skin manifestations appearing in association with specified internal disorders are termed“dermadromes”. The presence of dermadromes may contribute to the detection of malignant tumors of the internal organs. The gastrointestinal tract is connected to the skin, and both are in contact with the external environment. Thus, many dermadromes are recognized in association with other organs. From the viewpoint of organ classification, dermadromes of the gastrointestinal tract can be classified as four disorders：1）the selective influence of the gastrointestinal tract and the skin ; 2）partial symptoms of systematic disease ; 3）a secondary gastrointestinal disorder derived from skin diseases ; and 4）a secondary skin disorder derived from gastrointestinal diseases. Knowing the pathology of digestive disorders and the related skin diseases helps to understand the pathogenesis and appropriate clinical responses.
