膠原病･血管炎の消化管病変と皮膚病変

Gastrointestinal Skin Involvements in Collagen Disease and the Vasculitis

要旨●膠原病と血管炎の消化管病変と皮膚病変を抄出した．これら希少難治性疾患は多彩な消化管病変を呈するが，非特異的な所見にとどまることが多い．一方，皮膚病変は，出現頻度が高く，病変確認が容易なうえ，生検による血管炎の診断感度が高い．膠原病とIgA血管炎の診断とANCA関連血管炎などの病態評価には，消化管病変の評価に加えて，各疾患に特徴的な皮膚病変の確認と皮膚生検施行が重要である．

　We presented gastrointestinal and skin involvements in collagen disease and vasculitis. The rare collagen disease and vasculitis exhibit various forms of gastrointestinal involvement, but such observations are non-specific. Skin involvement is frequently and easily detected in these diseases, and biopsy offers a sensitive test for the diagnosis of vasculitis and the evaluation of disease activity.
