要旨　急性胃腸炎（出血を含む）の113例において，大腸内視鏡検査および細菌，ウイルスを検索して得られた結果から，感染なしと比較して，ウイルス感染例では虚血性腸病変の頻度が高かった．ウイルス陽性の所見では，虚血性腸病変が最も頻度が高く，66.7％（24例）であった．ウイルス別では，アストロウイルス，ロタウイルス，アデノウイルスで虚血性腸病変の頻度が高く認められた．筆者らは，今回の結果より，ウイルス感染が関与する虚血性腸炎が潜在的に相当数存在するものと推測している．虚血性腸炎ではウイルス感染を要因の1つとして考え，検索する必要がある．

　We recruited 113 cases of acute gastroenteritis in which pathogen detection and colonoscopy were carried out. Twenty four（67.7％）of virus infection positive cases turned out themselves ischemic colitis type findings by colonoscopy. Astrovirus dominated among detected viruses, followed by Rotavirus and Adenovirus. We speculate so-called ischemic colitis could include enterocolitidis due to viral infection. We recommend virus check in the cases of ischemic colitis.
