Ⅰ．緒言

　胃癌診断法の著しい進歩に伴い，近年早期胃癌例の発見はおびただしい数に達しているにもかかわらず，Ⅱb型早期胃癌の術前診断例は依然として少ない現状である．

　われわれは先ず胃カメラ検査によってⅡcを疑い，直視下胃生検によって癌と確認したうえで手術したⅡcにやや近いⅡbと思われる症例を経験したので報告する．本症例がⅡb診断にいささかでも参考になれば幸いと考える次第である．

　The patient was fifty one year old male. His chief complaint was epigastric pain. By the gastrocamera examination, restricted, velvet like redness at the anterior wall of antrum was noticed. But no pathological findings were seen by the X-ray examination. After investigating by FGS-C, seven biopsies were taken by FGS-B. In six specimens, cancer cells were found. By the pathological examination, the cancer was proved to be adenocarcinoma tuburale. Erosion was formed on the surface and the canceration at the neck of tubules was noticed. This cancer was restricted in mucous membran and was found to be SAT 2, and CATⅡ, histologically. The thickness of the mucous membran was almost even except on some small parts which showed slight excavation. No transformation into fibrinous tissue at submucous alyer was seen.
