・先天性の乏毛症，西洋梨状の鼻，短指症を認め，骨X線で中節骨にcone-shaped epiphysisを認めたことから，tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndromeI（TRPS）型と診断した．
・家族の同意を得て遺伝子検査を行い，TRPS1における変異が確認できた．
