体壁結核の1例

A Case of Tuberculous Abscess in the Upper Abdomen

はじめに

　わが国において，結核はほかの先進諸国に比較するといまだに頻度の高い疾患だが，近年その罹患率は減少傾向にある。

　今回われわれが経験した体壁結核は肺外結核の中でもまれな病態であり，不用意な介入により耐性菌や院内感染の危険性がある。このため，皮下腫瘤を取り扱う機会の多い形成外科医が常に鑑別に挙げるべき疾患と考えたので，報告する。

　We experienced a case of tuberculous abscess extending from the chest wall to the abdominal wall. The patient was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs and puncture aspiration of the abscess.

　Body wall tuberculosis is a relatively rare disease, and its pathogenesis is sometimes unknown.

　Tuberculosis should always be considered in the differential diagnosis because of the risk of nosocomial infection due to unintentional intervention.
