口腔内過誤腫による哺乳障害を認めた1例

A Case of Breastfeeding Difficulties Caused by Hamartoma in the Oral Cavity

はじめに

　過誤腫は1904年にAlbrecht 1）により報告された先天異常の一種で，正常な組織成分が過剰に増生して結節状を呈している病態である 2）。体のあらゆる部位に発生し得るが，口腔領域での発生は比較的まれとされている 3）。

　今回われわれは，出生直後から口腔内に認めた腫瘍によって哺乳障害を来たし，外科的切除の後に病理組織学的検査で過誤腫と診断された1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

　Hamartoma is a type of developmental anomaly that arises due to excessive proliferation of normal tissue components, forming nodular masses. Although it can occur in various parts of the body, its occurrence in the oral region is relatively rare. We encountered a case of fibrous dysplasia in the oral cavity in a newborn female who had difficulty feeding due to tumors in the tongue and mandibular regions. Surgical excision was performed, and the pathological diagnosis was hamartoma. At one and a half years after the surgery, we have seen a gradual recurrence. To the best of our knowledge, there have been no reports of recurrence in oral fibrous dysplasia, so careful monitoring of the patientʼs progress is necessary, considering the risk of malignant transformation.
