頸椎脊柱管内外に生じた間葉性軟骨肉腫の1例

A case of mesenchymal chondrosarcoma located both inside and outside the cervical spinal canal

間葉性軟骨肉腫（mesenchymal chondrosarcoma）は全軟骨肉腫の3～10％を占める骨軟部腫瘍で，若年者に好発することが知られている^1）。今回，我々は20歳代男性の頸椎脊柱管内外に生じた間葉性軟骨肉腫を経験したので，文献的考察とともに報告する。

A man in his 20 s presented with some numbness in the right upper extremity. Radiological imaging showed a tumor extending both inside and outside the spinal canal over multiple vertebral levels. Histopathological diagnosis was mesenchymal chondrosarcoma, which is an uncommon cartilaginous tumor that primarily occurs in adolescents and young adults.
