BCG膀胱内注入療法後に結核性大動脈瘤切迫破裂および難治性腸腰筋膿瘍をきたした1例

A case of contained rupture of tuberculous aortic aneurysm and refractory iliopsoas abscess after BCG intravesical infusion therapy

膀胱癌に対するBCG膀胱内注入療法後に，結核性大動脈瘤切迫破裂をきたした症例に対し，ステントグラフト内挿術を行い，術後難治性腸腰筋膿瘍をきたして経皮的膿瘍ドレナージを必要とした1例を経験したので報告する。

We present a unique case of contained tuberculous aortic aneurysm rupture and refractory iliopsoas abscess in a 68–year–old male patient after intravesical BCG therapy for non–muscle–invasive bladder cancer. The patient initially performed an emergency TEVAR for an aortic aneurysm. Subsequently, he developed an infected abdominal aortic aneurysm and iliopsoas abscess, posing diagnostic and treatment challenges. This case underscores rare but critical complications tied to BCG therapy.
