糖尿病に合併した肺膿瘍を伴う腸腰筋膿瘍

Giant psoas abscess and bilateral lung abscesses associated with non-treated diabetic mellitus

　症例は38歳，男性。左側腹部痛および食欲不振を主訴に近医受診。高血糖と，CTで両側下肺野および左側後腹膜に腫瘤性陰影を認めたため当科に紹介された。左腸腰筋膿瘍，両側肺膿瘍と診断し，インスリンによる血糖コントロールとともに，抗生剤投与，経皮的腸腰筋膿瘍ドレナージを施行し，膿瘍の消失を得ることができた。今日まで，肺膿瘍と腸腰筋膿瘍の合併例の報告はみあたらない。

　We reported a 38-year-old non-treated diabetic male who suffered from giant psoas abscess and bilateral lung abscesses. Administration of antibiotics,treatment for diabetes and ultrasound-guided percutaneous drainage of psoas abscess were effective for these inflammatory lesions.
