松果体部乳頭状腫瘍（papillary tumor of the pineal region）は2003年にJouvetらによって初めて報告され^1），2007年，2016年のWHO脳腫瘍分類にも記載されている^2）。しかしながら比較的新しくかつまれな疾患ゆえに，画像的特徴が一般化されていない。今回我々は，松果体部乳頭状腫瘍の1例を経験したので，文献的考察とともに報告する。

A 41-year-old man presented with mild disturbance of consciousness and hydrocephalus. CT showed a well-circumscribed mass lesion with a focal calcification on the anterior part of the tumor which may represent the pineal gland. The mass showed partial hyperintensity on noncontrast T1-weighted images and marked contrast enhancement. The patient underwent ventriculostomy and biopsy, then was diagnosed with papillary tumor of the pineal region. We consider that partial hyperintensity on T1-weighted images and well-circumscribed appearance may suggest this tumor.
