Two cases of follicular pancreatitis

follicular pancreatitisは反応性胚中心を伴う多数のリンパ濾胞形成を組織的特徴とする，まれな限局性膵炎の一型で，結節性病変を呈し，悪性を含む膵腫瘍との鑑別が問題となる。しかしながら，画像知見に乏しく，鑑別診断に難渋するため，診断目的を含めた外科的切除が施行されることが多い。今回，外科的切除後に診断されたfollicular pancreatitisの2例を，文献的考察を含め報告する。

Follicular pancreatitis（FP）is a rare entity of focal pancreatitis pathologically characterized by prominent lymph follicular formation. We report two cases（62-year-old female and 73-year-old male）of FP. The lesions appeared as well-defined hyperintense round masses on DWI, though, they showed similar or faint delayed enhancement to the surrounding pancreas on contrast-enhanced CT/MRI. The ADC values varied depending on the degree of lymphoid infiltration.
