消化器領域の急性腹症：消化管の炎症性疾患・胆道系疾患

Image findings of acute abdomen of infections of intestine and biliary tract

急性腹症を呈する消化管・胆道の炎症性疾患では，急性虫垂炎・憩室炎・胆嚢炎・胆管炎が比較的高い頻度で認められる。これらの疾患では重症度により保存的治療から緊急手術まで治療法が異なる。本稿では急性腹症を呈する様々な消化管の炎症性疾患・胆道系疾患の特徴的な画像所見を概説し，特に迅速な対応が必要な典型例のCT像を提示する。

Specific image findings on infections of intestine and biliary tract disease for accurate diagnosis are reviewed in this article. CT images of inflammatory bowel disease, lupus enteritis, Meckel’s diverticulum, and anisakiasis are included on case review. We also discuss of important diagnosis and management of acute abdomen in patients initially treatment.
