カルチノイドは，大部分が消化管や気管支，膵臓など原腸由来の臓器に発生する神経内分泌腫瘍（neuroendocrine tumor：NET）であり，全身の様々な臓器に発生しうるが，中耳発生はまれであり，病態や画像所見など不明な点が多い疾患である。今回我々は，まれな中耳カルチノイドを2例経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Carcinoid tumor is a neuroendocrine tumor commonly diagnosed in the lung, pancreas, and gastrointestinal tract. Carcinoid tumor of the middle ear is rare. We report two cases of carcinoid tumor of the middle ear. Case 1：A 65-year-old female presented with ear fullness and hearing impairment. Case 2：A 28-year-old female presented with ear fullness. CT demonstrated soft tissue mass in middle ear cavity without bone destruction in both cases. Contrast-enhanced dynamic MR imaging showed early enhancement of the mass in case 1. On diffusion weighted imaging, restricted diffusion of the lesion was observed in both cases.
