顆粒細胞腫は1926年にAbrikossoffによって顆粒細胞筋芽腫として最初に報告された軟部腫瘍である。本腫瘍は全身のあらゆる部位に発生するが，皮膚，口腔，消化管に多く，頭頸部領域では舌に好発する。今回，我々は悪性リンパ腫治療後の経過観察中に偶発的に前頸部皮下に発生し，リンパ腫再発との鑑別を要した顆粒細胞腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

We report a case of granular cell tumor that developed in anterior cervical subcutaneous tissue. A tumor was found in the neck of 69 years old male at the time of regular consultation after treatment of malignant lymphoma. CT and MRI showed imaging findings similar to those of past reports of granular cell tumor and made possible to differentiate from recurrence of malignant lymphoma. A tumorectomy was performed and a histological diagnosis of granular cell tumor was made.
