3年後のCT画像で膵尾部に嚢胞性病変として認められた神経鞘腫の1例

A case of pancreatic schwannoma recognized as a cystic lesion with solid component on CT three years later

神経鞘腫は頭頸部，四肢，縦隔，後腹膜などに好発するが膵原発の神経鞘腫はまれである^1）。嚢胞変性や硝子様変性など様々な変性を伴うことが多く，多彩な像を呈する^1）2）。今回，我々は比較的短期間に増大した膵原発の嚢胞性神経鞘腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

The patient was a 65-year-old woman with back pain. Abdominal CT and MRI revealed cystic lesion with solid component（25mm in diameter）in the pancreas. This lesion was not detectable on non-contrast CT three years ago. We suspected of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma. The histopathological diagnosis was schwannoma with cystic degeneration and hemorrhage. Schwannoma should be considered as one of differential diagnosis for cystic masses that grow at a relatively high rate.
