活動性結核治療中に発症したサルコイドーシスの1例

A case of sarcoidosis following Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection

結核の治療経過中に発症したサルコイドーシスの報告はまれである。しかし，我が国のサルコイドーシスの有病率に比して，菌陽性結核患者におけるサルコイドーシスの有病率は有意に高い頻度であるという報告もある。サルコイドーシスの病因に関してもアクネ菌や結核菌の感染/遺伝子産物に対する肉芽腫性反応ではないかとする多くの説が古くから報告されてきている。特徴的な画像所見，経過を呈した1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Sarcoidosis following Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection is rarely reported in the literature. However, many studies described that sarcoidosis is caused by infections such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis. When lymphadenopathy is observed despite improvement of tuberculosis, the possibility of coexistent sarcoidosis should be considered.
