多発肺結節を呈した梅毒の1例

A case of secondary pulmonary syphilis with multiple nodular shadows

本邦において梅毒患者は近年著しく増加している。梅毒における肺病変は珍しく，報告は1968年から2015年の間で16例にとどまる^1）。今回我々は肺病変を伴う2期梅毒の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The radiological findings on chest X-ray and CT of pulmonary syphilis are rarely reported. A man in his 20 s complained about swelling and pain in the left groin a month ago, and penile edema and generalized rash 3 days ago. Secondary syphilis was suspected based on blood tests and physical findings. Chest CT revealed multiple nodular shadows in the subpleural areas of both lung. We suspected pulmonary syphilis.
