肝に発生したchronic expanding hematomaの1例

A case of a primary hepatic chronic expanding hematoma

chronic expanding hematoma（CEH）は1カ月以上の長期間にわたり，緩徐に増大する血腫として報告されており，胸腔内・四肢などの軟部組織や縦隔・後腹膜などでの報告例が散見される。今回，肝臓に発生し造影効果を伴ったCEHの1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

The patient was a 79-year-old woman with a hepatic mass. Dynamic CT showed focal enhancement during the early phase coupled with progressive centrifugal enhancement during the delayed phase in the mural nodules. After 4 months CT showed an increase in the mural nodule size. Then partial resection was performed, due to suspicion of hepatic malignancies. Histological examinations showed that the mural nodules were hematoma and vascularization. Because of a slowly increasing hematoma, we diagnosed a chronic expanding hematoma in the liver.
