腎洞部に発生した血管筋脂肪腫の1例

A case of angiomyolipoma of the renal sinus

血管筋脂肪腫（angiomyolipoma：AML）は血管・平滑筋細胞・脂肪細胞から構成される間葉系腫瘍で，血管周囲類上皮細胞（perivascular epithelioid cells：PEC）に由来する腫瘍である^1）。腎臓に好発するが^2），腎洞部に発生するAMLは極めてまれである^3-10）。偶然発見され，4カ月後に腎盂腎炎を併発し腫瘍の増大を認め，手術となった症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We report a rare of angiomyolipoma（AML）of the renal sinus. An 80s female had incidentally found a fatty tumor of inhomogeneous enhancement in the renal sinus. Four months later she had pyelonephritis and CT revealed enlargement of the tumor and renal inflammatory change. Renal AML is very common, but renal sinus AML is very rare and only 16 cases have been reported in the literature.
