孤立性卵管捻転の1例

A case of isolated fallopian tube torsion

女性骨盤領域の急性腹症の原因として，卵巣出血などの出血性病変と，各種の捻転疾患による虚血性病変がある。捻転疾患では，正常卵巣捻転，卵巣腫瘍茎捻転，傍卵巣嚢腫捻転，子宮筋腫茎捻転の頻度が高い。卵管捻転は，卵巣腫瘍や傍卵巣腫瘍に伴う卵管捻転が多く，卵管単独の捻転は非常にまれである。

We report a case of isolated fallopian tube torsion that was difficult to diagnose preoperatively. US imaging showed fusiform cystic tumor with a slightly thick wall. CT and MRI demonstrated a cystic fluid-filled structure beside the normal ovary that was like a polycystic tumor. Isolated fallopian tube torsion is very rare but important diagnosis, and it should be included in the differential diagnosis of acute abdominal pain for young woman with cystic mass and normal ovary.
