核医学論文の投稿傾向と論文を書くにあたって

Trend of articles in nuclear medicine and advice about scientific writing

どの分野にも，はやりのキーワードがあると思う。医学全体の例を挙げるとnext generation sequencer，immune checkpoint inhibitor，放射線ではradiomics，texture analysis，artificial intelligence，deep learningというのも大流行。核医学では特にtheranostics。キーワードに沿った論文を書けば通りやすいのだが，実際のところどのような論文が掲載されているのか，日本の核医学にかかわる先生方が投稿先に選ぶ頻度の多い雑誌で，数年の傾向を眺めてみた。いわゆるトップジャーナルでは「Journal of Nuclear Medicine（JNM）」と「European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging（EJNMMI）」，また，日本核医学会機関誌の「Annals of Nuclear Medicine（ANM）」を検証した。なお，放射線総合誌，放射化学専門誌，放射物理専門誌，癌関係誌，脳科学関係誌等々にも核医学関連論文が多く掲載されるが，サーベーが膨大になりすぎるため割愛した。

Clinical PET and targeted radionuclide therapy are considered to be major roles of recent nuclear medicine practices in daily patient management. Accordingly, majority of papers recently published derive from the topics in these two fields. Articles related to theranostics which is fusion of therapeutics and diagnostics are rapidly increasing.
