子宮頸癌に対する腔内照射を含めた根治的放射線治療成績の検討

Treatment outcomes of external beam radiotherapy combined with brachytherapy in carcinoma of uterine cervix

子宮頸癌に対する放射線治療は，手術療法にならぶ重要な根治的治療法である。「子宮頸癌治療ガイドライン2017年度版」でも，ⅠB～ⅡB期の扁平上皮癌においては放射線治療±化学療法は広汎子宮全摘術にならぶ治療法とされている^1）。

Between 2000 to 2016, 240 patients with carcinoma of uterine cervix were treated by external beam radiotherapy combined with two dimensional brachytherapy with or without chemotherapy. The 5-year overall survival rate was 78.2％, and the late toxicity rate of grade 3 or more was 3.3％. Treatment outcomes at our institution were acceptable compared with other reports. We plan to introduce three dimensional brachytherapy to increase local control rate and to reduce toxicity.
