大量の血性腹水を伴った子宮内膜症の1例

Endometriosis with massive hemorrhagic ascites：a case report

大網子宮内膜症は子宮内膜症の8％以下の頻度でありまれである。主訴として月経時の下腹部痛，腹部膨満が報告されている。子宮内膜症に大量の血性腹水を伴うことは非常にまれであり，画像所見に関しまとまった報告はみられない^1）。

Massive hemorrhagic ascites is a rare complication of endometriosis. We report a case of endometriosis with massive hemorrhagic ascites. The patient was a 30s-year-old with the chief complaint of pain in the navel. CT and MRI showed massive hemorrhagic ascites and soft tissue mass in omentum and pelvis. The result of laparoscopic biopsy showed endometriosis. Hormone therapy was performed. At present, there are no sign of recurrence.
