現病歴：誘因のない肉眼的血尿を主訴に前医受診。前医超音波検査にて膀胱タンポナーデと診断され，精査加療目的にて当院受診となった。入院，膀胱洗浄処置後精査を行った。

We experienced a case of bladder paraganglioma that developed with bladder tamponade and was difficult to diagnose preoperatively and was treated with transurethral resection. The case is an 80s male. Cystoscope showed submucosal tumor, and TUR-Bt was performed without preoperative diagnosis of bladder paraganglioma. Paraganglioma is known to cause intraoperative hypertension attack during transurethral resection, and it is necessary to preoperatively diagnose with this disorder in mind.
