胃型粘液性癌は子宮頸部腺癌の一亜型で，分葉状内頸部腺過形成（lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia：LEGH）を背景に発生し，しばしば併存する。今回我々は，頸部間質に多数の嚢胞の集簇像を認め，そのうちの1つの嚢胞に乳頭状発育を認め特徴的なMRI所見を呈したLEGH併存胃型粘液性癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

Gastric-type mucinous carcinoma was newly classified as sub-type of uterine cervical carcinoma containing pyloric gland-like mucin. We report a cases of gastric-type mucinous carcinoma coexisted lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia（LEGH）that represented specific MR feature as cystic lesion with papillary mural nodule in the uterine cervical stroma.
