11年間という長期経過観察の後に診断された肝内胆管癌の1例

A case of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma diagnosed after 11-years-follow-up

肝内胆管癌は発見時にすでに切除困難な進行癌であることも多く，一般的に予後不良な悪性腫瘍である。しかしその中でも緩徐に進行し比較的予後が良好な群も存在することが知られている。今回，血管腫として11年間フォローアップされた後に肝内胆管癌と診断，切除された症例を報告する。

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is generally a malignant tumor with poor prognosis. However, some patients with gradual progression can have good prognosis. Here, we report a case diagnosed as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma after 11-years follow-up. When the tumor was first discovered, it presented early enhanced nodule suspected of hemangioma. However, it gradually grew, appearing internal region with poor contrast enhancement, resulting in the surgical resection. From the results of the pathological examination, we found that hypervascular region in the tumor showed high cellularity and less fibrous stroma.
