骨盤内にみられた有茎性肝腫瘍の1例

A case of Pedunculated hepatic tumor

肝細胞腺腫は比較的まれな肝細胞由来の多血性腫瘍で，その特徴としては，非硬変肝に発症することや若年女性に多いこと，糖原病やステロイド内服，経口避妊薬内服との関連があることなどが挙げられる。また，多血性腫瘍のため造影効果に富み，高分化型肝細胞癌との鑑別が重要となるが，非典型例では悪性腫瘍の否定が困難であることも多い。今回，骨盤内に有茎性に発育した肝細胞腺腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

Hepatocellularadenoma（HA）is a benign tumor and extremely rare. We report a case of pedunculated hepatic tumor diagnosed as hepatocellular adenoma. The patient was a 21 years woman who accidentally found abdominal tumor by Ultrasonography. She has no history of use of oral contraceptives. Preoperative examination showed a large pedunculated hepatic tumor in the pelvis. The patient underwent resection of pedunculated hepatic tumor. Histopathological examination showed hepatocellular adenoma but immunostaining was negative for beta-catenin.
