FDG-PETにて集積を認めた小腸平滑筋腫の1例

A case of intestinal leiomyoma with FDG accumulation

小腸平滑筋腫は消化管間葉系腫瘍（gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumor：GIMT）の6％とまれな腫瘍である^1）。造影CTの報告は散見するが，FDG-PET/CTの報告は少ない^1）。今回，我々はFDG-PET/CTを施行した小腸平滑筋腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

We report a 70-year old man with intestinal leiomyoma without symptom. Enhanced CT revealed it’s smooth margin, and slight and homogeneous enhancement. FDG-PET/CT revealed a slight ring accumulation. Small intestinal resection was performed. The macropathologic feature was smooth margin. There was much collagen fiber in micropathologic feature and α-SMA was positive, Desmin, c-kit and CD-34 were negative with low MIB-1 index in immunostaining. Finally, it was diagnosed as intestinal leiomyoma. It is necessary to keep in mind the possibility of intestinal leiomyoma, in case of FDG uptake in intestine.
