管状嚢胞腎細胞癌の1例

A case of tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma

管状嚢胞腎細胞癌（tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma）は，2016年のWHO分類で新たに加えられた腎細胞癌のまれな亜型であり，同疾患における画像所見に関する報告は少ない。今回，管状嚢胞腎細胞癌の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We presented a man in his thirties with tubulocystic renal cell carcinoma. On ultrasound, the tumor showed high echogenicity and posterior acoustic enhancement. MR imaging showed the cystic mass including heterogeneous and fluffy contrast enhancement in the late phase of dynamic scans. Histological examination found the sponge-like part of the tumor consisted of multicystic lesions lined by a single layer of epithelial neoplastic cells.
