Methotrexate(MTX), which is one of the most commonly used disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs(DMARD), is a key treatment for rheumatoid arthritis(RA). RA patients are at higher risk of developing lymphoma. Furthermore, RA patients who are treated with MTX can also develop lymphoproliferative disorders(LPDs). These disorders are referred to as MTX-LPDs, which are categorized as “other iatrogenic immunodeficiency-associated lymphoproliferative disorders” in the World Health Organization 2008 classification. Herein, we present the clinical, radiological, and pathological features of MTX-LPDs.
