肺の結節性病変，特にすりガラス影を含む小型肺病変のCTによる質的診断に関して，肺癌と炎症性病変などの良悪の鑑別，あるいは肺腺癌においての中心瘢痕と肺虚脱との区別など，単純CTやHRCTのみでは，診断困難な症例が多々認められる。さらに，1cm以下の結節やすりガラス影を含む小型肺病変では，その病変の造影CT検査において，造影されているか否か，あるいはどの程度造影されているのかに関して，縦隔条件では病変が消失し確認できなくなってしまう病変や，空気の存在のため関心領域の設定が一定していないなどの理由で，再現性をもって正しく評価することが困難である。

Thirty patients were enrolled. Maximum lesion size was ranging from 0.6 to 2.7 cm. There were 24 cases in malignant and 4 cases in begin, including 22 solid nodules, 7 subsolid and one cavitated. CT values of subCT/NRR of PNs were correlated with those of traditional method in late phase. This subCT/NRR could evaluate more precious contrast-enhancement of PNs such as subsolid and add some additional information.
