低侵襲解剖学的肝切除（minimally invasive anatomical liver resection：MIALR）の安全な普及に向けて，2021年2月の第32回日本肝胆膵外科学会学術集会においてprecision anatomy for minimally invasive HBP surgery, expert consensus meetingが開催され，The Tokyo 2020 terminology of liver anatomy and resectionsが発表された．本稿では，その要旨と，当院でのインドシアニングリーン（ICG）negative stainingを用いたMIALRの実際について述べた．
