The purpose of this study is to examine behavioral disorders related to changes in age for individuals with severe motor and intellectual disabilities (SMID) who have difficulties adapting to society.

We administered our checklist to 80 SMID in a hospital, and examined behavior disorders for 10 people over a 9-year period.

As a result, behavioral disorders in persons with SMID varied but tended to increase in 20-40-year olds. Violent behavior against others decreased in their 30 s. It was also recognized that there was a connection between the variety and frequency of degree of abnormality.

The movement development standard peaked, showing a slight increase in the group 'crawling/bottom shuffling', but decreased in the 'walking' group.

Regarding gender, behavioral disorders such as "shouting," etc were significantly more prominent in the women's group than in the men's group.

In conclusion it was necessary to consider the long-term prospects of gender, movement development standard and age of lifestyle for SMID regarding behavior disorders.
