要旨：精神科総合臨床実習が，学生の意識にどのような影響を及ぼすかを検証するために質問紙を使用しての調査を実施した．対象は本学作業療法学科最終学年221名である．対象者に精神科総合臨床実習終了後，実習地受入状況，実習指導状況及び精神科に対する意識変化についての質問紙への回答を求めた．その結果及び考察は以下の通りである．知識領域の変化は，臨床実習指導者の実習指導内容や知識・技能によるところが大きい．偏見や興味などの態度領域の変化は，実習地の医療状況と臨床実習指導者の指導内容や知識・技能によるところが大きい．臨床実習指導者モデルの取り入れは，実習全体の内容や満足度によるところが大きい．

　This study aims to investigate a students' awareness of a psychiatric rotation after clinical fieldwork. The subjects included 221 occupational therapy students in their final year. The students answered a questionnaire on their awareness regarding the psychiatric rotation after ending their clinical fieldwork.

　The results indicate that a change in the students' attitudes such as prejudice and interest were due to the clinical environment, the content of the instruction and the knowledge and skills of the instructors. Identifying with the supervisor was dependent on the content as a whole and their satisfaction with the fieldwork in general.
