精神分裂病通院患者の生活上のニーズと生きがい感—性による違いを中心に

Needs of life and life satisfaction of schizophrenic outpatients: Examination about differences by gender

要旨：精神分裂病通院患者を対象に，生活上のニーズと生きがい感の男女間での違いを明らかにすることを目的に調査を実施し，以下に示すような結果が得られた．

1．生活上のニーズについては，男性で「仕事のことについて相談できる人」「一般の職場で正規の職員・従業員として就労できる職場」「家族が病気についての知識や情報を得ることのできる場」などについてのニーズが高くなっていた．

2．生きがい感に強い影響を与える事柄は，男性では，「整容」「仕事」「気力・体力」「食生活」，女性では，「家事」「金銭」「健康」「頼りになる人」などの順であり，性別による違いが見られた．

　The purpose of this survey was to make clear the gender differences of needs of life and life satisfaction of schizophrenic outpatients.

　An interview investigation was done with 47 outpatients and the following results were obtained :

　1. The men needed the following things more than the women :

　　･ Consultation about work

　　･ Workplaces to work as regular staff

　　･ Opportunities for families to get knowledge and information about mental disease

　2. The life satisfaction of the men and the momen was influenced mainly by the following matters :

　　Men: attention to appearance, job, willpower and physical strength, and meals

　　Women: housework, money, health, and the existence of a reliable person

　The research shows that differences were recognized between the men and the women as have been described.
