要旨:学生が臨床実習において満足したと認識する要因を明らかにするために,医療短大3年次学生を対象にアンケート調査を実施し,数量化理論第Ⅱ類を用いて分析した.その結果,臨床実習の「満足・不満足」に大きな影響を及ぼしているのは,実習指導者との関係,有意義な課題,作業療法部門の病院での位置づけ,患者に喜ばれることなどであることが明らかになった.これらの結果より,学生は,自分自身が成長していく実感や作業療法士という自分の選んだ職業は間違いなかったという保証を得たいと思っており,そして,それらと密接に関連する重要な要因が実習指導者との関係であると考えられた.
The purpose of this study was to make clear some of the factors leading to students satisfaction with clinical training. We used a questionnaire for the third year students of allied medical sciencies, and ayalyzed some of the results provided by the questionnaire using the quantification theory type Ⅱ.
And, by ayalysis, we identified that relations with a supervisor, significant subjects, positionings of occupational therapy sections in a hospital and to have patients pleased were important.
From these results, we determined that students expected to feel that they had matured through this process, to have conviction that they had chosen the right occupation, and that their relationship with their supervisor was related to the two expectations previously mentioned.
