要旨：現在，クライエントにとって意味のある作業に焦点を当てた作業療法実践（occupation-based practice；以下，OBP）が注目されている．本研究の目的は，訪問を行う作業療法士（以下，OT）が，実践報告を含むOBP研修を受けて起こる変化を明らかにすることである．OTのOBPに関する知識と実践内容を研修前後，3ヵ月後で比較した．その結果，OTは利用者の作業を評価し，実践で利用者のしたい作業を行う者が有意に増加した．しかし，利用者の作業認識の変化は少なかった．OBPを制限する要因は，OT側と環境にあることがわかった．OBP実践には，OTの省察を促す継続研修とOBP促進システム構築の必要性が示唆された．

　Occupation-based practice (OBP) has been recommended in current occupational therapy. This study explores the changes in occupational therapists who took an OBP training course. The results showed an increase in therapists' evaluations of and interventions in clients' occupational issues after the OBP training course. However, the changes in occupational issues identified by clients were limited. Barriers of both therapists and environments restricted implementation of OBP. Continuous educational programs which facilitate self reflection and establishment of alternate systems for OBP will be needed.
