要旨：本研究では，訪問作業療法(以下，OT)においてプログラム内容により効果が異なるか調べることを目的として，3事例に対して「作業中心OT」と「機能中心OT」の両方を実施し，作業に対する認識日常生活活動，手段的日常生活活動，生活の質，心身機能の測定法を用いて，各プログラムの効果を検証した．作業に対する認識は「作業中心OT」で効果が見られ，その他の測定法においては，プログラム間で明確な効果の違いは見られなかった．2種類のプログラムは，それぞれ利点と限界をもっているが，「作業中心OT」の方が，作業的公正の実現，可能化の基盤構築などが見られ，事例を取り巻く社会，人生においてに大きな影響力をもっていると考えられた．

　The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of home-based occupational therapy for 3 clients based either on an Occupation-Based Program (OBP) or a Functional Program (FP). Outcomes were determined by the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), Quality of Life (QOL), and grasp power. The results showed greater improvements in the COPM for participants receiving the OBP. There was no improvement in the other outcome measures in either of the programs. Each program had advantages and limitations. The OBP was able to provide broader improvements such as occupational justice, and establishing enabling foundations in the clients' lives.
