機能性発声障害とは何か？—機能性発声障害の病態と病因に関する文献的レビュー

What is functional dysphonia?:A literature review on the pathogenesis and etiology of functional dysphonia

　機能性発声障害とされている筋緊張性発声障害（以下，MTD）は，複雑な要因の相互作用を伴う多因子性疾患であることが最近の一般的な見解となっている．しかし，これらの関連因子がどのように相互作用するのか，また，なぜ特定の個体にのみMTDが生じるのかについては，まだよくわかっていない．そこで，本稿では，MTDの病態と病因に関するこれまでの研究をレビューし，どのような因子が相互作用しているのかを考察した．さらにこのレビューがMTDの効果的な音声訓練プログラムの開発に寄与できることを期待している．

　It is now generally accepted that muscle tension dysphonia (MTD), considered a functional dysphonia, is a multifactorial disorder that involves the interaction of complex factors. However, it is still not well understood how these factors interact and why MTD occurs only in certain individuals. In this paper, I review previous studies on the pathogenesis and etiology of MTD and discuss what factors interact. I hope that this review will contribute to the development of effective voice therapy programs for MTD.
