A lack of degree of freedom and a tactile sensation have been two major obstacles for the endoscopic surgery for years. Although master-salve type surgical robots for endosurgery are used, some difficulties and problems such as conflict of robotic arms and excessive traction force because of lack of tactile sensation are encountered. Master-Slave Combined Manipulator (MCM) has been developed to overcome those problems of huge master-slave manipulator.
