腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術後に腹壁膿瘍を形成した1例

A Case of Extraperitoneal Abscess after Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

　患者は66歳の男性．胆石症に起因した急性胆嚢炎で当院に紹介され入院した．入院後，腹腔鏡下胆嚢摘出術を施行した．術後約1週間で両側腹部に膿瘍形成が認められドレナージを試みたが，難治性であったため開腹術を施行した．膿瘍はトロッカー部に一致した腹壁膿瘍であった．術後，落下結石などに伴った腹腔内膿瘍は文献的にも散見されるところであるが，今回のような症例は未だ報告がない．

We describe a case of a 66-year-old man who had unusual complication after laparoscopic cholecys-tectomy. Bilateral abdominal wall abscess, developed near the accessory pool sites, one week after surgery. There has been some reports of abdominal abscess that developed as the result of dropped stones during laparoscopic cholecystectomy, but the present case, to the authors' knowledge, is rare. We report this case with review of the literature.
